Port Wine
Port wines are much more than just a dessert wine; in Portuguese households, they are a treat for the whole evening.
Often, a Dry White Port is used as an aperitif to toast the palate and stimulate the appetite. This is followed by the classic red Ports. It's particularly interesting to incorporate a vintage Port, which increases the complexity of the wines. The grand finale is an older Port, a vintage Port in a Colheita or Vintage style.
