Organic olive oil (0.5l)

The organic olive grove at Quinta do Ferrado is located in Valongo dos Azeites (the ancestral home of Quevedo) and comprises approximately 4,000 olive trees spread across 25 hectares. At Quevedo, we allow our olives to grow naturally. We only enter the olive grove three times a year: for pruning, weeding, and harvesting. The rest of the time, numerous sparrows, ladybugs, and flocks of sheep take care of our precious trees.
