Gin Prime Edition

Prime Edition is an organic gin made from an infusion of the most characteristic aromatic herbs from farms in the Douro region. During the cold month of December, the selected botanicals were carefully harvested to extract the purest aromas and fragrances of the Douro. The gin is produced using the vapor infusion method. Juniper berries and other botanicals are placed in baskets inside a still and do not come into direct contact with the alcohol. Before distillation, the baskets are exposed to alcohol vapor, causing the plants to release their essential oils. The condensation of this vapor then transfers the essence of the plants into the distillate. To achieve the desired intensity for each individual botanical, this distillation process can be repeated up to five times.
