A beautiful balance between fruit, sweetness, and acidity. The wine develops aromas of candied and dried fruits. The acidity combines with some bitter notes, which arise from the slow oxidation in the barrel, giving the wine a certain freshness before it leaves us with a lovely, complex finish with spicy notes.
