Vintage Port 2017

A very limited quantity was produced from the best grapes of the 2017 harvest.

This vintage presents concentrated fruit with ripe black cherries and firm tannins. The tannins are very pronounced on the mid-palate. The acidity is noticeable in the aftertaste, but then the tannins reassert themselves, supporting the long aniseed finish, which ends with a delightful note of green bell pepper.
