A very elegant white port wine with high aromatic complexity, created through oxidative processing and good extraction.
The white grapes are fermented in lagares (stone basins) after being foot-trodden to give the wine structure. After fortification with grape brandy, the wine matures for many years in barrels and old oak casks.
